Global Furniture And Food Company

Integrated solutions to drive supply chain sustainability.

As part of a global modernisation programme, this project aimed to integrate in-store operations and support the company’s mission to drive sustainability across its supply chain.

Having already taken steps to monitor and reduce waste, the next phase involved implementing advanced technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

The company adopted Blue Yonder’s Luminate Store Operations to enhance in-store operations, reduce delivery times, automate ordering, and integrate stores into a centralized supply chain.

As experts in this system, Tratech Consulting was integral to this transformation, working closely with Blue Yonder’s engineering team and the retailer to ensure the solution met operational goals and provided the support needed for a successful implementation.
